What one item would you never head to the river without? Korkers Footwear, TFO Fly Rod, Polarized Glasses…Tough Question, but I must say if I had to pick one single thing I would never head to the river without…It Would Be God! I have had some of my best church services on the stream with my Savior!

Favorite music to take along: My Zoon is loaded mostly with country music and classic rock, but when I hit the stream I like hearing the quiet sounds of nature.

Your most comical fishing memory/story: While filming a show for Fly Rod Chronicles with my wife Shelly on Amnesia Creek, she set the hook way too hard on a small cutthroat trout.

We have her on film as she lost sight of the trout as it was flying through the air to find the small guy flopping down her back-side with a look in his eyes like he wishes these folks would pack up and go back East!

Interesting Facts (fishing or non-fishing): I don't eat fish!...and…I hate to sleep!

Catch you're most proud of: My wife…she gave me the (2) most beautiful daughters, Laken (14) and Autumn (11). Also, a 12 pound Steelhead on the North Umpqua on a dry fly was a proud moment, too.

Favorite type of fishing : ( Steelhead – Salmon – Trout) Anything on a Fly!

Other Hobbies: Water Skiing, Camping, Hunting and spending time with family.
