Korkers warrants its footwear products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the first twelve months from the date of purchase. Your exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of your Korkers footwear product. Completion of the "Owners Registration Card" or Korkers "Online Registration" as well as proof of purchase is required for you to receive warranty coverage.
Limitations on Warranty
Korkers warranty on its footwear products is limited to the warranty set forth above. Accessory products such as removable soles, spikes, or gripper pads are not included in this warranty. Such warranty does not apply to misuse, ordinary wear and tear, to damage resulting from abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, alterations, or modifications. Owner is responsible for ordinary maintenance and care of the product.
EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, KORKERS HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.
Korkers products are designed to enhance versatility and traction performance. However, Korkers products will not eliminate slips or falls or the need for other safety devices. Korkers products are not intended to replace or eliminate the use of recognized or required safety procedures.
How to make a Warranty Claim
Korkers Dealers and/or consumers must call Korkers Return Department (800) 524-8899 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION prior to sending products into Korkers. Your returned goods must be accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt and a short note describing the problem or issue.
